These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the GESIRA online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Agreement

An agreement is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.

GESIRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • obvious errors in pricing or product information
  • suspected misuse or fraud
  • unforeseen circumstances

If an order is cancelled, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is made using the payment methods available during checkout.

GESIRA reserves the right to change its prices. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

GESIRA aims to process and dispatch orders within the stated delivery timeframe.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

GESIRA is not liable for delays caused by carriers or other external parties.

The risk of damage or loss remains with GESIRA until the order has been delivered to the customer.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions:

  • the product must be unused
  • the product must be in its original condition
  • the product must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Conformity

GESIRA warrants that its products comply with the agreement and with the reasonable expectations customers may have of them.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@gesira.nl.

The applicable statutory warranty rights remain in effect.

7. Liability

GESIRA is not liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages
  • loss of data
  • other damages arising from the use of the products

Liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Force Majeure

GESIRA is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • supplier disruptions
  • transportation issues
  • strikes
  • pandemics
  • government measures
  • technical disruptions

In such circumstances, GESIRA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including:

  • text
  • images
  • logos
  • designs

is the property of GESIRA and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
