2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases and agreements made through Only-Woman.nl .

3. Offer and agreement

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives confirmation by e-mail.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.

Payment must be made immediately via the payment methods offered.

5. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the specified address.

The stated delivery times are indicative, but we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe.

6. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

Customers have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

After cancellation, the customer has another 30 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as opened cosmetics, lingerie, earrings).

Personalized products.

8. Warranty

We apply the statutory warranty: a product must meet what the customer can reasonably expect from it.

If a product is defective, the customer must inform us within a reasonable period via support@only-woman.nl

9. Liability

We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect use of the products.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.

10. Complaints procedure

Complaints can be reported via support@only-woman.nl

We aim to respond within 14 days .

11. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law . Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
