These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the GESIRA website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders and Agreement
A binding agreement is formed at the moment you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.
GESIRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
– obvious errors in pricing or product information
– suspicion of misuse or fraud
– unforeseen circumstances
If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be fully refunded.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using the methods offered during checkout.
GESIRA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. This will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Delivery and Shipping
GESIRA aims to process and dispatch orders within the indicated timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
GESIRA is not liable for delays caused by carriers or third parties.
The risk of damage or loss remains with GESIRA until the moment of delivery to the customer.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
After registering your return, you have 14 days to ship the product back.
Return conditions:
- the product must be unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free of charge unless stated otherwise.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Conformity
GESIRA guarantees that its products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact:

7. Liability
GESIRA shall not be liable for:
– indirect damages
– consequential damages
– loss of data
– or other damages resulting from use of the products
Liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
8. Force Majeure
GESIRA shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:
– supplier disruptions
– transport failures
– strikes
– pandemics
– government measures
– technical failures
In such cases, GESIRA reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
– text
– images
– logos
– designs
is the exclusive property of GESIRA and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
